PLA
PLA is a tough, easy to use high grade PLA type of filament, ideal for 3D printing. Slightly modified, the filament retains the typical features of PLA, but makes it tougher and less brittle. Due to a low shrinkage factor PLA will not deform after cooling. Poly Lactic Acid is a biodegradable plastic made from renewable natural resources and one of the most popular materials for 3D printing.
ABS
ABS is an extra strong impact-resistant filament ideal for 3D printing of solid printed products. Due to the process stability and physical features of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene it is a widely used thermoplastic polymer in industry. The material is also very light and durable. This makes ABS particularly suitable for tools, toys and all kinds of utensils. Printed at a slightly over-average temperature for ABS, this filament gives extra strong 3D print results
M-ABS

PET-G
PET-G is a strong, high clarity, odor neutral and easy to print filament for 3D printing. These characteristics, together with the high impact strength, excellent flexibility and practically no shrinkage make PET-G an excellent material which combines the advantages of both PLA and ASS. The filament is hydrophobic and therefore does not absorb water. In short, PET-G has many great features and is the perfect addition to any filament assortment.
PVA
PVA filament is quickly soluble in water, bonds well to plastics and prints easy. Therefore it is an excellent supporting material for dual extruder 3D printing. This polyvinyl alcohol-based filament is non toxic and biodegradable once dissolved in water. For applications other then supporting material PVA is also available in colours and has a high tensile strength.
GLASSBEND
GLASSBEND is a crystal clear, strong, flexible and easy to print filament for 3D printing. These characteristics, together with the high degree of gloss, very low water absorption, practically no shrinkage or warping, very good interlayer adhesion and flame retardant properties make it a very special filament. The material is FCA (Food Contact -Acceptable) approved. In short, a very diverse filament which can be used for many applications.
HIPS
HIPS is an easy to print, High Impact Polystyrene filament with multifunctional properties. HIPS is an excellent support material in combination with ABS, because it dissolves in D’limonene and ABS remains unaffected. HIPS is very suitable for detailed prints, but also for large objects because the material shows very limited warping. Furthermore HIPS is very light and durable, has good interlayer bonding, can be glued easily and the colours result in a smooth matt surface of the 3D printed objects. High Impact Polystyrene is therefore widely used in model building
PA12 NYLON
PA12 NYLON is a high performance polyamide filament which natural colour is crystal clear. The polymer nylon PA12 is widely used in the automotive, machinery and engineering industry since it combines mechanical strength, flexibility, transparency, UV resistance and superior chemical resistance. PA12 NYLON is easy to print, has a high impact strength, even at low temperatures, a very high glass transition temperature and has a low wate absorption compared with other polyamides which leaves the mechanical properties unaffected. PA12 NYLON is the filament to print objects with a top performance.
PC
PC is a high-performance plastic that possesses a unique balance of toughness, dimensional stability, optical clarity, high heat resistance and excellent electrical resistance. PC is commonly used to make all sorts of products including bullet-proof glass, riot shields, cellphone exteriors and many other products that require an engineering grade material. We recommend PC for more experienced users that are looking to extend their filament options.
FLEX 45
FLEX 45 is a very flexible rubber replacing filament for 3D printing. The combination of flexibility, mechanical strength, durability and good resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures makes it a unique filament. This BIO performance Thermoplastic Co-Polyester has a high carbon content of renewable materials resulting in less environmental impact. Finally FLEX 45 exhibits excellent UV resistance.
ABS-X
ABS-X is our take on a next-generation ABS filament. By applying our zero warp technology to the filament we have created a filament with far less cracking, proven near perfect interlayers, reliable bed adhesion (glass, tape & other adhesives) while improving the mechanical properties making ABS-X extra strong. These properties make ABS-X the ultimate ABS replacement that prints strong and beautiful parts on any FDM 3D printer without the common headaches associated with regular ABS like warping & horrible bed adhesion. ABS-X is the perfect material for strong objects that require an high impact tolerance.
ASA-X
ASA-X is our highly modified “industrial-grade” ASA filament with many features like UV resistance, zero warp technology and excellent mechanical properties. ASA-X is the perfect replacement when you require a performance material without the problems that can arise during printing with, for example, ABS. ASA-X not only has great strength and interlayer adhesion but also features one of the best aesthetics possible with FDM 3D printing. The reliable bed adhesion will ensure a smooth printing experience. ASA-X is perfect when you are looking for beautiful and strong prints that also last outside.
MT-COPPER
MT-COPPER is our 80% copper filled filament which is easy to print, sand & polish. With MT-COPPER,you can create the most beautiful objects with real METAL characteristics, such as a 3 x higher weight then PLA, a METAL feel & touch and thermo-conductivity. Due to the high percentage of fillers MT-COPPER has virtually no shrinkage. A special lubricant increases the flow and prevents MT-COPPER to adhere to the nozzle. Finally all above combined with the correct hardness results in a filament that can be printed on almost every type of FDM 3D printer available on the market with retraction enabled on nozzles ≥0.35 mm.
PVA-M
PVA-M filament is our preferred, cold water soluble, supporting material for dual extruder 3D printing. The modification on the raw material results in a filament that is much more thermally stable than a regular PVA. It also bonds well to PLA, ABS and PET-G, which enlarges the application field significantly. This polyvinyl alcohol-based filament is non toxic and biodegradable once dissolved in water. Easy printing, much less failures and easy removability makes this the supporting material you should try.
WOOD
WOOD is a modified PLA based type of filament, that smells and feels like wood. The different wood-types enable us to manufacture this wide range of natural wood colours. The filament is tough enough for supplies on reels up to 2,3kg and prints very easy, even with common 0,4mm nozzles as the wood particles don’t block the nozzle. We at Dutch Filaments believe that this makes WOOD one (if not the) best performing wood filaments on the market.
Carbon-P
CARBON-P is our 20% carbon fiber reinforced PET-G based filament. The result is a twice as stiff filament as PET-G with increased impact and heat resistance (HDT) to 80˚C. This, together with other features, such as a matt surface, no warp, dimensionally stable and extremely forgiving to print, makes CARBON-Psuitable for a very wide variety of applications besides the typically mentioned RC parts, drones, automotive and more.

PC-ABS
PC-ABS is an incredibly strong filament with an even higher impact resistance than our regular ABS. This is a consequence of the addition of the proper amount of polycarbonate in this modification, which also creates a nearly perfect interlayer adhesion and a beautiful surface gloss. The above features, combined with a highly stable printing process makes PC-ABS the perfect material for mechanical parts and tools, which should be light and strong and show minimal wear after prolonged use.
